A fillable page for base salary, wRVU rate and threshold, call pay and guaranteed income, with the per-scheduled-hour arithmetic used on this site so the figures in the letter templates come from your own contract.
Your state's non-compete rule, beside your clause
A dated summary of the state's recorded limits with the statute citation, a page for your own clause's quotes, and the question for counsel. The state pages are free and keep their own check dates.
An attorney packet
A one-page brief your attorney can work from: the terms the checker read from your contract, the pages they came from, the terms it did not find, and ranked questions. The free checker builds it in your browser from your own PDF, so no copy of the contract ever leaves the device.
